Gary practices in the area of workers’ compensation, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents and trucking accidents. Gary graduated from the University of Delaware in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California in 1983. Throughout his career, Mr. Lustbader has represented thousands of plaintiffs in personal injury cases including wrongful death, motor vehicle, premises liability, trucking accidents and workers’ compensation cases. He has numerous cases for over $1,000,000 in personal injury actions and obtained total disability awards for thousands of workers’ compensation petitioners. Mr. Lustbader is a member of New Jersey Advocates for Justice and served as the Chairman of the Ethics Committee for Essex County Vicinage.
